Talks
I speak at conferences, panels, and private events about brand, design, product, strategy and leadership in web3.
If you’re running an event and want someone who can talk about why design decisions matter for crypto businesses, not just what looks good, we should talk.
What I Speak About
Design as Business Strategy Why design is the most undervalued lever in crypto. How brand and UX decisions affect fundraising, retention, and competitive positioning. Real examples from protocols that got it right and ones that didn’t.
Positioning for Protocols How to figure out what you actually are and communicate it clearly. Why most protocols sound the same and how to break out. The difference between positioning you wish you had and positioning you can credibly own.
Brand in Bear Markets Why some brands survive market cycles and others disappear. What makes a brand sticky when price action isn’t doing the marketing for you. Building equity that compounds over time.
UX Patterns That Drive Growth Onboarding flows, activation loops, conversion patterns. What the best teams do differently. Where most protocols lose users and how to fix it.
The Founding Designer Role What it means to be the first designer at a startup. How to operate with ambiguity, ship fast, and build foundations that scale. For events focused on early-stage teams and design leadership.
Custom Topics If you have something specific in mind, reach out. I’m open to tailoring talks for your audience.
Event Types
Conference Keynotes 20-45 minute talks for larger audiences. Best for broad themes like design as strategy or brand building in crypto.
Panel Discussions I do well in conversations. Happy to join panels on design, brand, product, or crypto building more broadly.
Workshops Hands-on sessions for smaller groups. Brand audits, positioning exercises, UX teardowns. Interactive and practical.
Private Events Offsites, team sessions, investor summits. Closed-door talks tailored to your specific audience.
Podcasts and Livestreams Happy to join shows that reach builders, founders, or design practitioners in crypto.
Who Books Me
Event organizers running crypto, web3, and creative, design conferences. Accelerators and incubators doing programming for their cohorts. Venture funds hosting founder events. Companies running internal design or product offsites. Podcasts and media covering crypto or design.
If your audience cares about building products that work and brands that last, I’m a good fit.
What You Get
I don’t show up and wing it. I prepare. I tailor. I make sure the talk actually fits your audience.
Before the event, I’ll ask about who’s in the room, what they care about, and what you want them to walk away with. Then I build something that delivers.
I bring real examples, real patterns, and real opinions. Not recycled content. Not generic advice. The same thinking I put into The Protocol, delivered live.
Logistics
Location: I’m open to both in-person and virtual events. For in-person, travel and accommodation should be covered.
Lead Time: Ideally 4-6 weeks notice for conference talks. Shorter timelines possible for panels or podcasts.

Materials: I can provide slides, bio, headshot, and any promo materials you need.
Fees
Speaking fees depend on the event type, audience size, preparation required, and travel involved.
For conferences and paid events, I charge a speaking fee. For podcasts, community events, or smaller gatherings, I’m flexible depending on the audience and reach.
